Most of the pieces on my website are one of a kind due to the fact that I am an impulse shopper! Wherever I am, if something catches my eye or if a bead or pendant is
particularly unusual, I simply have to HAVE it! For this reason, I am unable to mass produce my work. It is however sometimes possible to reproduce certain pieces, and
if you are making a custom order I can special order your materials. For instance I have made sets for bridal parties, and also done giveaways for events. If you do see
something that you like and you are interested in more than one please contact me and I will see what I can do for you!
Because some items can be reproduced, please be aware that you may not always receive the exact item in the photo on the site. Due to natural color and texture variations in the stones and differences in monitor calibrations the pieces may differ slightly from what is shown in the photo.
If you need to have a piece sized, please let me know when you are finished ordering. Depending on the sizing request there may be a nominal fee for time and materials.
I am happy to try and accommodate your needs!
I love doing custom work for my customers. Most of my very first orders were commissioned by friends and family! It is so much fun to collaborate and put together a piece
that means something. If you are interested in custom work or you see something that you might like to make a little "more you" please contact me so we can work on a quote!
I would like to start by saying that I take great pride in my work. I lovingly hand pick every gemstone, silver or gold bead, pearl, pendant or piece of glass myself and I
am there from the bead buying, to the stringing to the mailing! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return it within 30 days for a full
refund or store credit. The jewelry must be in its original unworn condition , in its original packaging, and it should be shipped back fully insured to:

I hope you will never need a repair, but I am more than happy to make repairs if they are necessary. Pieces in need of repairs within 6 months (based on normal usage) will be repaired at no charge. If a repair is needed after 6 months, I charge a minimum of one hour labor plus the cost of the actual beads needed in the repair. Shipping charges for repairs done after 6 months are the responsibility of the buyer. Sometimes I no longer have beads in my collection since lots of my pieces are one of a kind or limited edition. If the original beads are not available, I will try to the best of my ability to repair the piece with similar beads or something that will stay in keeping with the aesthetic of the original design.
